Welcome to Puenbann! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Puenbann website and its related tools and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Panupong Jaengaksorn ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Subscriptions

While many of our tools are free to use without an account, certain features, such as cloud storage, file history, and premium processing capabilities ("Pro" or "Team" plans), may require you to create an account and purchase a subscription.

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings page.

2. User-Generated Content

For services that allow you to store or process content (e.g., Puenbann Paste, Puenbann Sandbox, file converters), you are solely responsible for the content you create, store, and share. You agree not to use the Service to handle any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

We do not claim ownership of your content. For our zero-knowledge tools, we cannot access your encrypted data. For server-side processing tools, we have a strict policy of deleting your files from our servers immediately after the processing is complete. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Panupong Jaengaksorn and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Panupong Jaengaksorn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes.
